Shipping policy

All active items on this site are only eligible for shipping to Italy (including islands), Austria, Belgium, Cech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.
The order will be shipped via tracked courier after the payment confirmation within 10 days*, with delivery times up to 4 working days** in Italy and 10 days to the rest of Europe*. The corresponding tracking number will be sent to the customer on the email provided at checkout.

The order confirmation will be sent to the buyer's email. The package will be shipped to the address indicated by the buyer at the check-out.

All the shipment cost is fixed, depending on the delivering area:

ITALY - 8,00€

EUROPE 1 (Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal (islands excluded), Slovenia, Spain (islands excluded), and Sweden) - 12,00€ 

EUROPE 2 (Cech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Slovakia) - 11,00€

The payments must be made via PayPal, Credit Card or Bank Transfer *** to IBAN IT95U0306941574100000001977 in the name of Emanuela Giuliani.

Terre Olivastre is not responsible for sending to addresses with errors or lack of information necessary for the correct delivery of the order. Likewise, Terre Olivastre is not responsible for any additional costs for reasons of storage of the goods. This task will be total responsibility of the customer.

In case of loss of a package, Terre Olivastre will be responsible for sending a new order containing the same products if still available.

** Health restrictions due to COVID-19 imposed in the destination area could have an impact on the delivery times of shipments.

*** For orders purchased with a Bank Transfer payment method, the customer must send the payment confirmation within 2 hours after the order confirmation to the email address info@terreolivastre.it with the subject BANK TRANSFER, Name and Surname. For the not received payment confirmations within the indicated limits, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
