After the purchase, the customer has 3 days from receipt to return the package only in the following cases:
- If the product or part of the product is damaged and it was the responsibility of Terre Olivastre or the courier;
- If the shipped product does not match the ordered product. *
*In this case, if the customer does not want the delivered product, it can be returned. The shipment will be charged to Terre Olivastre, both in terms of costs and planning the collection of the package at an address to be agreed with the customer.
In the event that the customer wishes to keep the wrongly received product, an agreement can be reached.
